Not exclusively. While I work primarily with wedding vendors and wedding-adjacent businesses, I’m passionate about helping any small business owners grow their businesses. Whatever industry you’re in, I’d love to chat with you and learn more about your goals! 

Do you only work with wedding vendors? 

Your website design is just as important as your website copy. While I cannot design your website (and trust me, you wouldn’t want me to), I am always happy to work alongside your designer. And if you don’t have a designer already, I have a community of web and brand designers I’ve worked with in the past and can highly recommend. 

What about my website design? 

Not necessarily. While I highly recommend having some kind of brand voice and messaging guide, I understand that there are many different seasons in business. For example, if finding your brand voice isn’t your top priority (or you already have it!), but blogging is, I can absolutely still work with you.

Do I need the Brand Voice Handbook before I can get started on any other project? 

This is the number one question I receive, and it’s the most important one, too! But the answer isn’t cut and dry. The first part is listening well. I pay attention to the words you use and the rhythm of your voice. I stalk your social media, over-analyze your questionnaire answers, and even listen to your favorite song so I can get an idea of you. The second part is feedback! I will never be offended if you tell me something doesn’t feel right. The whole goal is writing that feels genuine and natural, so we work together to make sure every word lands the way you want it to!

But that last 1%? Well, that’s just sheer empathy. I feel things. Then I write words about it.
