I'm a brand voice strategist and copywriter for wedding pros who are ready to feel confident in their online presence & excited about their business again.
There’s a lot of debate on which is more important: your website copy (aka, what I do) or your actual web design. As a website copywriter, you’re probably expecting me to say that copy is the most important, hands down. But the truth is, you really need both.
A beautiful website is meaningless if your audience A) doesn’t know it exists, or B) doesn’t feel any kind of emotional connection to you when they click through it. So you need a strong SEO strategy and emotionally intuitive copy that connects with your audience on a heart-level.
Similarly, your personality packed SEO website copy doesn’t do you much good if your website is not optimized, hard to navigate, or outdated.
The best websites have an intentional, well-thought-out design and professional website copy. When these two elements work together, your clients can find you in organic search results and easily navigate your website, all while feeling like they’re actually getting to know and trust you through the words they read.
This is why I always say that running a business is like raising a child: it takes the whole darn village. Luckily, I have an amazing community of web designers for wedding professionals that I trust with my whole heart. I’ve worked with each of these women and can attest that their websites are both beautiful and strategic.

Kelly is a Showit website designer for creative entrepreneurs and female founders. Her signature process is quick, to the point, and leaves you feeling ten times more confident in your brand and business.
What I really love about Kelly, though, is her strong focus on SEO. Any time a client comes to me with a complicated back-end system that makes it difficult for search engines to crawl their website, I send them to Kelly. She offers a brand, website, and SEO bundle that makes sure you have everything you need to attract your ideal clients (minus copywriting, of course. That’s my department.)

I’ve had the privilege of working with Robyn on a number of websites, and her work never ceases to amaze me. She works primarily with photographers, and designs the most textured and tactile websites I’ve ever seen. If you want your website to feel like a page ripped out of your journal, she’s your gal.

Karima is a brand and web designer for service based businesses, but I first found her through a wedding photographer client! Karima calls herself your website fairy godmother, and honest, I get it. She can see exactly what you need and can make it happen, every time. Her brands and websites are strategic, intentional, and deeply human, ensuring you stand out and feel 100% like yourself online.

I never recommend just website copy or just web design for wedding professionals. Copy and design have the same exact goal: helping you stand out, get found in organic search results, and connect with the people who will pay you what you’re worth.
There are a lot of really incredible writers and designers out there, and I genuinely want you to find your best fit. But the sheer number of options can feel pretty overwhelming, which is why I keep this list of designers in my back pocket!
Everyone on this list offers custom brands as well as websites. So if you’re looking for a rebrand, this blog gives you everything you need. Six incredible brand and web designers, and a copywriter who is willing to go above and beyond to help you feel fully seen and understood in every single word.
